Paths that meet
in Köprübaşı.
We brought together our facility, our approach to quality and our brand — not the ownership of our groves.
SEKİ was born when the paths of producers growing olives in their own groves crossed in Köprübaşı. Its name comes from the stepped agricultural terraces built on sloping land in Anatolia, known as seki. Following the contours of the land, these layers express how separate groves and individual efforts come together in a shared approach to production.
We each began growing for different reasons. Some wanted to grow food they could trust for their families, some sought the joy of producing, and some wanted their children to connect with the soil and nature. Our starting points differed, but we agreed that well-grown olives deserve to be processed under the right conditions.
Each grove remained its owner’s property, work and responsibility. What we brought together was the facility where our olives would be processed, the approach to quality we were developing and the SEKİ brand.
Under Köprübaşıbirlik Zeytincilik A.Ş., we are building a model based on producers sharing processing and marketing.
We choose a method not because it is traditional or modern, but because it preserves the character of the olive and delivers measurably better results.
We are building a controlled production model guided by good agricultural principles, strengthening growers’ experience with records, measurements and analysis.
Ownership, management and responsibility for production throughout the season remain with each grove’s owner.
The facility, quality system, brand and marketing are developed together under Köprübaşıbirlik Zeytincilik A.Ş.
Joint investment in harvesting and pruning equipment is one of our goals for the next phase.

Before any single-grove claim: a product of known origin, assessed against a common standard.
A SEKİ bottle or jar may contain produce from more than one grove. What matters is knowing the source of each batch, applying the same intake criteria and maintaining traceability during processing.
We do not make product, processing or health claims without records and analysis. Measured results are published with the lot to which they belong.
