OUR FACILITY · UNDER DEVELOPMENT

A shared processing standard.

The shared processing facility we are establishing in Köprübaşı will bring olives from different producers into the same intake, recording and quality system.

As equipment, capacity and processing decisions are finalised, this page will be updated with actual facility photographs and verified production information.

Publication principle: The points below describe the goals of the system being developed. Details such as duration, temperature, capacity and product classification will be published only once supported by production records and analysis.
01 / GROVE
Plot records

Each grove remains under its owner’s management. The model aims to track plots, varieties, cultivation practices and seasonal goals in a shared record system.

02 / HARVEST
Harvest and transport

The date, time, source, transport method and intended use of the produce begin the record chain maintained until it reaches the facility.

03 / INTAKE
Consistent assessment

Decisions are based on the measured characteristics of the incoming batch, not on which partner supplied it. Samples, physical checks and reasons for acceptance are recorded.

04 / PROCESSING
Verified processing

Recipes, equipment and processing parameters for olive oil and table olives will be defined by the technical team and verified through production records.

05 / STORAGE
Lot links

The intake batch will be linked to the processing batch, tank or fermentation vessel and filling lot.

06 / QUALITY
Product release

Product classification and published quality statements will be confirmed when the relevant lot meets regulatory and laboratory requirements.

07 / PACKAGING
Traceable information

Source, product and quality information will be available to customers through a lot code or QR code only after verification and approval for publication.
