ORDERS THROUGH THE SHOPSEKİ olive oil orders are handled by the SEKİ Shop at magaza.sekiolive.com. sekiolive.com has no cart, payment or order-creation functions. The shop ships within Türkiye only; for orders outside Türkiye (export enquiries), please write to info@sekiolive.com.

Pre-order information
The product’s main characteristics, net quantity, total price including taxes and additional charges are shown in the shop before payment.
- The pre-contract information form and distance sales agreement are provided during ordering
- Acceptance of the agreement is linked to the order record
- Payment, delivery and stock conditions are stated on the shop pages
- Invoices and delivery notifications are sent after the order
Withdrawal and returns
In distance sales, consumers may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to the exceptions provided by applicable legislation.
- Goods that deteriorate quickly or may pass their expiry date are excluded from the right of withdrawal
- Products whose packaging, seal or protective element is opened after delivery and which are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons are excluded from the right of withdrawal

- Product-specific conditions are stated in the pre-contract information form before ordering
Damaged or incorrect products
Consumers’ statutory rights remain unaffected in the event of defective delivery.
- We recommend checking the parcel on delivery
- If damage or missing items are found, obtaining a delivery report from the carrier and notifying info@sekiolive.com will help speed up the process
- The right to apply to consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts in complaints and disputes remains reserved
