A SEKİ product may contain olives from one or more groves. Rather than making a single-grove claim, traceability connects the contributing intake batches to processing, storage and filling records.

Where do the records connect?
Groves remain independent; from the moment produce enters the facility, each movement is linked to the preceding record.
Owner, plot, variety, seasonal cultivation practices
Date, intended use, quantity, transport
Measurements, sample, acceptance or rejection decision
Recipe, process and operator record
Tank / vessel and all movements
Packaging, label version, analysis and QR
Publication rule: The QR code will link only to an existing, checked lot record. Products without laboratory results will not display chemical values or health claims.
